Uses: 5'x6' Tyvek Tarp with rigging sleeves to drag out a partner who can't move on their own with very low friction over snow. Warmth. 27' of UHMWPE cord and 12' of Kevlar cord for rigging. Use for the ceiling of a snow bivy as well.
Waterproof Extra-Tall Stuff Sack & UHMWPE Eye-Spliced 3.1mm Cord
Uses: Keep your kit dry. Doubles as an emergency deadman anchor. Cord used with anchor or Bruce Wayne Rescue Tarp.
EVA Foam Tool Holder

I've been refining this kit since 2010. I spared no expense on items where the name brand option is far superior, and included generic options where there is no performance difference to keep the cost down.
My gram counting obsession + an intolerance for dingle-dangles = A kit you will actually carry and when you need it, it will deliver.
This pre-production sale is kinda like if Kickstarter and Groupon had a forbidden love-child. Significant capital is needed to place minimum orders on all these tools. Once 265 people pre-order, the project will be kickstarted.

Not at this time. For this early phase in production, there are 2 options . (1) The full kit or (2) Kit without the headlamp, tourniquet or Battlewrap.

Will you help me figure out how all this stuff works?
Yes. There will be video tutorials for each tool with common fixes.
Is this for splitboarders too?
